1. What we collect. When you use Pept Simple we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. When you sign in, we also store a sign-in token used to keep you authenticated.

2. Why we collect it. We use this information to create and manage your account, process and ship your orders, communicate with you about your orders, and operate the referral and rewards features you opt into.

3. Who processes it. Your data is processed by the vendors that run this site on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), our email provider (order and account notifications), and the shipping carrier used to fulfill your order. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention. We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations.

5. Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Some order records may be retained where required by law.

6. Contact. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the site operator directly.
